A garbage truck to improve the comprehensive solid waste management service in rural communities and contribute to caring for the environment, Governor Carlos Miguel Aysa González delivered to the City Council of this municipality.

The unit is the second of a total of 10 that the president will give to municipal authorities, since it should be remembered that in the middle of last month he delivered the first to the Calakmul City Council.

The vehicle has a five-ton load capacity, is equipped with a waste compactor box, ejector press, rear hopper sweeping shovel and compaction stop and reverse system.

Aysa González, who gave the mayor of María del Carmen Uc Canul the keys to the truck and received the explanation of its operation, reiterated her commitment to continue working as a team with all the municipal authorities to raise the quality of life for the families from Campeche.

Previously, in Kankí, she gave the municipal agent, Roberto Chan Euán, the keys to a school bus committed in January to support the transfer of students to the campus. The governor meant that this transportation unit strengthens the educational infrastructure that is at the service of the students who need it most and is available for immediate use when classes restart in the classroom.

On this tour, the Governor was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Government, Pedro Armentía López; of Health, José Luis González Pinzón; Tourism, Jorge Manos Esparragoza, and Environment, Biodiversity and Climate Change, Ileana Herrera Pérez, as well as the deputy Guadalupe Torres Arango.
