THE SECRETARY OF LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY OF THE STATE OF CAMPECHE DELIVERED THE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP, “DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL SKILLS IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC”

The Secretary of Labor and Social Security of the Executive Power (STPSCAM), following up on the instructions and public policies promoted by Governor Carlos Miguel Aysa González, before of the current events experiences by the presence of COVID19 and attending the instructions of the authorities of health to comply with the Health Distance Conference, held the Virtual Workshop, «Developing emotional competencies in times of pandemic.»

During the development of the workshop, headed by the incumbent of the STPCAM, Laura Luna García, sent a message to the participants, she point out that the institution in charge maintains a close relationship with those who are looking for a job or developing their activities and provide them with the necessary tools for the good performance of their work.

The theme was in charge Tania M. Ruelas Bernés and Jaime Olivera Valladares; director of Labor Productivity and undersecretary of Employment Promotion of the STPSCAM, respectively, they explained that the workshop aims to provide tools to workers and young people who are close to undertaking a job search, to boost their labor productivity through development of emotional competencies.

During the workshop it has been notable that it is a new and important topic to deal, since the world of jobs, now more than ever, it is changing and it will become increasingly evident that the development of emotional skills will be highly demanded in the productive sector.

With these actions, the STPSCAM will continue in this way and in accordance with the social circumstances that they live, boosting this type of virtual strategies in labor connection, to support all those who seek information and orientation .
