The deputy director of Clinical Research of the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Rosa María Wong, listed the measures that must be followed in case of having a relative with COVID-19 at home. Take note:

The sick family member should be isolated.
Assign a room with ventilation.
If possible, an exclusive bathroom.
Extreme cleaning on surfaces.
Wash your hands frequently.
Use face masks.
«Why does it have to be isolated in a room with ventilation? It is known that when a person sneezes or coughs, they generate a small aerosol that we cannot see, but these droplets of saliva or respiratory secretions have the virus … «commented Rosa María Wong

The specialist warned that the coronavirus can remain alive on plastic or metal surfaces for up to 72 hours, therefore the importance of extreme cleaning.

Body pain.
